An excellent place to stay in Piazza Armerina

We (two adults, three kids from 6 to 10) spent two nights at the Agriturismo Salemi in Piazza Armerina. Form the five weeks we spent in Sicily and the many locations we experienced, this one was truly among the three best ones. This is maybe closer to a hotel than to an Agriturismo, but everything wa excellent. Especially the family and everybody running this place were extremely friendly. This is also an excellent way to have a closer contact to Sicilian people when you do not speak well Italian. The dinner is wonderful, and the swimming pool very appreciated by the kids during the hot afternoon. The rooms are spacious enough and gracefully decorated. The place is somewhat hard to find, though. Follow the sign from Piazza Armerina, or better ask before starting.
